Slovakian side Artmedia humiliated Celtic in the Champions League second qualifying round played in Slovakian capital Bratislava. Celtic, with the new manager Gordon Strachan in charge, conceded five goals and scored none.
Halenar scored the opener two minutes before half time, while Vascak scored in 57th minute to double Artmedia's lead.
Strachan introduced two substitutes Maloney and Aliadiere hoping to reverse Artmedia's advantage. Two attempts by Maloney were stopped by Artmedia's goalkeeper Cobej. Celtic were swiftly punished by the Slovakian side when Halenar scored third in 75th minute, and substitute Martin Mikulic scored again a few minutes later.
Halenar crowned his brilliant performance in the last minute by scoring hat-tric to give Artmedia comfortable 5-0 win over Celtic.
