Tottenham beat Lyon 3-1 in the final of the Peace Cup held in Seoul, South Korea. Tottenham got early lead after Steven Kelly's cross was deflected. Robbie Keane scored twice to give Spurs 3-0 lead before half time.
Gerard Houllier, Lyons manager and former Liverpool boss included Michael Essien in the starting eleven. Michael Essien has been linked to Chelsea.
Lyon's Hatem Ben Arfa scored for Lyon from the penalty spot in the second half.
Tottenham won total prize of around £1,150 000. The Spurs only qualified to the final due to better goal difference than last year winners Boca Juniors.
